Low Carb & Keto Chocolate Brownie Dome Dessert
This delightfully indulgent chocolate dessert is great for a special occasion whilst keeping you on track with your health goals.

Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Go-low Brownie Mix
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 100g 70% cocoa dark choc
- Keto/sugar free jam
- Double cream
- Dark berries of choice
Method:
- Follow packet instructions to make brownies (use 100g butter and 3 eggs fpr a more cakey texture)
- Place mixture in a deep vessel such as a dariole mould, deep muffin tin or even a clay plant pot. (Grease the container well, line bottom with grease proof paper).
- Cook for around 12-15 mins on 180c. Take out when it’s set on top but still has a slight wobble.
- Grate dark chocolate into a Tupperware box
- Once cooled, brush on jam (very slightly warmed to make it runny, but not too warm as it will melt the chocolate). Then roll the brownie in the chocolate flakes.
- Stand upright on a plate, top with whipped double cream and berries. Enjoy!!
