Keto & Low Carb Leek & Asparagus Quiche
Our Easy wrap mix makes a fabulous tasty pastry base for your Quiche, what's more it's super healthy and packed with fibre.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack Go-low Easy Wrap Mix
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 chopped leek
- 150g Garlic & Herb cream cheese (we used boursin)
- 5 chopped asparagus
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
- Follow the Easy Wrap instuctions and roll the mix between two pieces of greaseproof paper. Line a greased tin with the rolled out mix and bake for 15-20 mins or until browned.
- Cook the chopped leeks and asparagus in the butter, season and add the Garlic & Herb cream cheese until melted, then set aside to cool a little.
- Whisk the eggs, add the cooled mixture and stir in, then tip into the baked base and put back in the oven for around 15 mins.
- Serve with a mixed green salad.
