Sugar Free Black Forest Gateaux

Keto Black Forest Gateaux a delcious low carb chocolate cake filled with fruits of the forest and whipped cream:

  • 1 Pack Go-low Brownie Mix
  • 100g of butter (rather than 125g for a cakey result)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • Frozen or fresh fruits of the forest fruit (approx 200g)
  • 1 heaped tbsp granulated sweetener (optional)
  • 300ml Double cream


    • Make & Bake the Go-low Brownie.
    • Once cooled carefully slice horizontally.
    • Take the black forest fruits (which are lower in carbs) and sprinkle over some of your favourite sweetener (optional) and microwave until the sweetener dissolves, you could at this point add a little Kirsch for that real authentic flavour (the carbs are about 1g per teaspoon).
    • Pour the juice from the softened fruit over the bottom half of the brownie brownie then fill with the fruit and whipped cream and top with the other half of the brownie
    • You can of course make smaller verions too with individual brownie squares.
